Supras provides advisory, operational, and research services in several sectors and areas, centering on the integrated nature of a diverse set of elements, including: income generation, innovation, knowledge management, livelihoods, natural resource management, the private sector, social/institutional analyses, and strategic communication.
Core competencies include: capacity building, community-based natural resource management (CBNRM), institutional analysis/reform, participatory approaches, project management, and social analysis/assessment. We work in both developing and transition economies, including in these sectors: agriculture, coastal zone management, education, fisheries, and rangeland management.
