Overview, Quality assurance

In order to address and secure quality assurance, the following issues, at the very minimum, would need to be addressed, in connection with specific phases of the project cycle:

• Strategic relevance,
• Scope of work,
• Timeliness,
• Internal quality,
• Likely impact, and
• Clarity of presentation.

A decision on how to do and assess quality assurance will be taken when necessary (see Section Monitoring and evaluation and Page Monitoring and evaluation).
